Accountable for the successful operation of six (6) manufacturing sites

across the United States. This includes managing an operational budget of

just over $100m, which includes the planning and directing of the annual

budgeting and planning process. Through site plant managers, direct and

coordinate the resources necessary to support and execute the business plan

Led all aspects of plant operations for a leading manufacturer of frozen,

ready to eat Mexican foods. This included mini-appetizers, tacos, burritos,

taquitos and various entrees. Accountable for total site operation,

including P&L, manufacturing, maintenance and engineering, quality

assurance, human resources, research and development, product

commercialization, lean manufacturing program, product/ process development

and employee safety and welfare.

Led an $18m site expansion and the launch of several new products within
