A Chemical Operator with seven years of experience in Chemical and

Automotive Plastic Injection Molding manufacturing environment. Major

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENTS

Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to: daily production

batch preparation starting from raw materials to finish product according

to procedures and standards, by using very precise measurement techniques

(analytical scales, graduated cylinders). Other responsibilities include:

. has a thorough understanding of all processes required for batch

preparation, this will include production in form of paste, liquids

and solids

. used basic chemistry, tested product in process: pH measurement,

conductivity, color and appearance appraisal, odor, solid content,

temperatures, speed controls, cooling time, checking blending (mixes),

in order to evaluate when production is ready for next step in process

. responsible for setting up all equipment needed for daily production,

automatic filling equipment, transfer pumps, air compressor, gauges,

variable speed motors

. accurately completed all paperwork including batch records, labor cost

time sheets, and other required documentation

. responsible for monitoring inventory of raw materials, components and

ordering supplies for Department needs

. responsible for conducting daily operations in manner to maximize

productivity and minimize labor costs

. responsible for emptying retain samples into proper waste and

disposing of empty containers in accordance to documented procedures

and OSHA, EPA regulations
