1. Whisper

It's a twitter client having all the functionalities of twitter. One

can login via twitter, post tweet, get tweets, create and join

groups which will be available at server of whisper. Its being

developed using Appcelerator for Andriod and Iphone

2. Shutl (A delivery Revolution) www.shutl.co.uk :

Shutl is a web service that connects retailers with local same-

day courier companies. We aggregate capacity across these carriers

and integrate directly with retailers' existing systems, displaying as

a simple delivery option. Our platform enables us to pick the best

carrier for each delivery considering a number of real-time and

historic factors including carriers' price and performance. heading

out to some remote delivery depot to collect the purchase yourself.

System completely developed in Ruby on Rails, github and mysql.

Application developed keeping in view the Rails conventions and best

optimization.

3. Yello-Citizen Archive of Pakistan(server side in RoR)

Yello Cap is an Augmented reality application developed for

Andriod . Web server of this application which is developed in Ruby on

rails allows different companies to upload the photos and videos of

any location in Pakistan. Web application transcode the images and

videos for andriod. Those locations with their videos and images, are

send to android augmented reality application through a webservice

4. ICS (Server side in ruby on rails)

It's a webservice developed in ruby on rails and provides different

surveys to Iphone application based on the location of device. Iphone

application is currently under development. Its US government project

which provides various type of surveys to Iphone users thorough an

application. This webserver will be further used for android and

blackberry applications.

5. Africa Media Online www.africamediaonline.com

is a professional marketplace based in South Africa. AMO sell

publication rights to images, audio files and text produced by African

journalists and delivers the required media files via high res

download off this website. AMO has over 100000 images available

online. The emphasis of the company is to enable African's to tell

Africa's story in the global arena. Daily hits at AMO are more than

50k. System is completely developed using Ruby on rails, svn and

Mysql.

6. Issue Server:

System provides the functionalities of forums and some CMS

features.This system is developed in RoR and completely RESTful

application and provides complete security to user profiles and their

posts.

7. SlingShot:

A CMS system to developed using Flex and Ruby on Rails.System provides

the functionality to clients to listen their audios on the browser.

Rails is used in this application as a backhand technology and to deal

with mysql. Front of the application is completely done in Flex which

is integrated with rails using plug-in.

8. WordOnWiki www.wordonwiki.com :

A complete wiki management solution using Integrated with Microsoft

Word 20007 developed in Ruby on Rails. a Germany based organization.

WordOnWiki lets a user read, edit and create Microsoft Word files and

automatically saved in html file format on a server. This is done using

a windows service programmed in C#.net. A wiki can contain many folders

and one folder can have many html documents including all data which

can be inserted or written in MicroSoft Word 2007.

9. Mail Room:

A system for companies to get register and scan document to generate

pdfs, provide services to the employees of the company to send messages

through clickatell account of company and service for employees to

download emails from other servers using POP, to the MailRoom

Inbox.This project was developed in Ruby on Rails.

11. Universitytrading Post www.UniversityTradingPost.com :

A professional web development project completed using PHP, Ajax, and

JavaScript without using any framework of PHP. In this project one can

This site is completed using Ruby on Rails development Environment.

Using this site an administrator of any condominium can built own site

of its condominium and manage and resolve the problems, give

Academic Projects

1. E- Fragrance System [Team Project](Final Year Project): It is a

research based project for encoding and decoding of fragrance and

recognizing an object from an image which can have fragrance in real

and finally to generate that fragrance through a self designed

hardware device. Most of the modules of this project done in Matlab.

2. Employees Management System [Team Project]: This project was developed

to manage the database of Employees. This project was developed using

Jsp as Server Side Scripting Language and MySQL as the DBMS.

3. Car Interfacing [Role: Individual Project]: This Project was developed

in Assembly Language using nasm compiler. The basic purpose of the

project was to interface a remote control car with computer and use

its all functionalities though keyboard.

4. Master of Chess [Role: Individual Project]: This project was developed

in two different modes. One version was developed using the Windows

MFC Programming Environment and the other version was developed using

Borland C and its Graphics Library. It was a complete two player

classic game of Chess.

5. My Excel [Role: Individual Project]: This project was an attempt to

create an application similar to the Microsoft Excel. It was developed

in Borland C using its Graphics Library. The application provided the

functionality of creating and modifying excel worksheets and applying

arithmetic formulas as in Microsoft Excel.

6. Tetris: This project was simulation of the classic Tetris game. It was

developed in visual C++ using MFC.

7. Teacher Assistance Selection System[Role: Individual Project]: This

basic purpose of this project is to select a Teacher Assistance under

given criteria from a list of students,using C++. It was the semester

project for the Introduction to Computing Course.
