Apparel Magic software to A2000 software ensuring 100%

o Improved gross margin by 2% moving more inventory by ocean

versus air shipping.

o Managed discounts and chargeback's to factories to help

increase gross margin.

o Helped transition 3rd party EDI systems for Amazon,

Dillards and REI internal EDI system integrated with the

Isis A2000 software.

o Improved production planning process which increased

efficiency of product ordering and reduced surcharges and

up charges by 25% in purchasing from international mills

and factories.

o Implemented greige (raw fabric) forecasting which

shortened lead times by 30 days on fabric deliveries.

o Led transition of warehouse from Georgia, VT to Modesto,

CA.

o Reduced chargeback's 80% over 3 years from key accounts by

implementing warehouse systems to meet key account

expectations .

o Established Quality Control program to get top of

production samples sent from factories prior to bulk

production shipping to address Quality Control issues

before product arrived in warehouse.

freight variances to improve costing of product in future

seasons.
