Started out as a Data Entry Clerk; within the first year I was promoted to Sr. Receiving Clerk.
Responsibilities: As a Data Entry Clerk I was responsible for ensuring that all mail pieces were
properly entered (typed), sorted, and staged efficiently. Typing and Ten key was a must for this
position. As the Sr. Receiving Lead, I am responsible for ensuring proper receipt of all incoming
product. I ensure that the counts are accurate and that the mail is classified and separated
properly when creating the Job numbers that are used to process the mail pieces that are
received daily. I am also very well versed in the use of our WMS; which is called TMS. I input all
loads and mail received for each day.
Sprint/Nextel/ACS Commercial Solutions 01/2007 09/2008
As a Customer Service Rep, I was responsible for maintaining customer accounts, receiving
incoming calls and making outgoing calls to existing customer. I was also responsible for taking
and processing payments from customers. During my time at Sprint, I was recognized for
attendance, quality, and exemplary performance.
Charles Schwab 06/2005 01/2007
As a Mail Processor at Schwab my responsibilities ranged from sorting mail, running inserts in to
the mail machines, maintaining customer accounts and processing orders. At Schwab, attention to
detail and a sense of urgency was a must as well as being a part of the culture.
