Company. Got the certificates in 2005. Developing and Implementing

Operational Control Procedure as part of EMS and OHSAS systems.

. Insurance: Coverage of Insurance to all employees, Mediclaim process,

coverage of Insurance policy based on Companies requirement. Maintain

all necessary records related to accidents, incidents, dangerous

occurrences and industrial diseases.

. Pay roll Processing: Attendance Monitoring, Leave Updation, Inputs

Processing, Advances, Leave Encashments etc. and other Misc. jobs such

as Bonus calculations, ex-gratia workouts. Processing of salaries for

approx. 2300 employees from Head Office. No adverse remarks from

Management. Year Ending leave calculations, follow up with sites for

getting data and process the same before 28th of every month. Follow

up with Accounts Department for salary process before month ending

(max. 31st).

. Provident Fund, ESI, (monthly Recovery, payments of PF / ESI,

Preparation of Annual Returns, submissions of returns etc.)

. Renewal of Factory License, Annual Returns, correspondence with higher

authorities for submission of drawings, approvals etc.

. I was involved during the workmen Memorandum of Settlements (3) -

Efficiently and effectively workouts prepared and got appreciation

from Vice President. Prepared workouts and paid arrears. Salary

fixation was done.

. Time Office Functions: Played a significant role in developing

Attendance Recording System in the shop floor.

. Salary fixation, grade fixation etc. was done for workmen and Junior

Staff. During Increment time, salary structure was fixed and there is

no complaints received from individual employees.

. Submission of HRIS / MIS reports to Corporate Office on Monthly basis.
