Engineering Supervisor

Responsibilities: Supervise 28 engineers and contractors with

all aspects of work being performed in the bakery and track both

work and performance through computer aided maintenance

software.

Results: Ran the plant with lower downtime, and less product

loss. More work was scheduled rather than during a run.

Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance on proofers, ovens,

conveyors, fryers, and other equipment. Increasing the plant

efficiency and decreasing downtime.

Result: Lowered the down time to almost none in the department

that I was responsible for.

2007 - May 2008 America's catch Itta Bena, MS

Maintenance

Responsibilities: Supervise plant maintenance along with performing

maintenance. Assist in parts inventory, scheduling and

organizing contractors on their projects.

Certified water and waste water operator for both the plant and our

fish farm.

Results: kept proper parts on inventory as to not run out. Scheduled

the work to be done so our mechanics were not "fighting fires"

2004- 2007 Carolina Catfish Inc. Ayden, NC

Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities: Supervising 3 mechanics on maintenance over entire

plant and its functions. I was also responsible for keeping

proper parts inventory and keeping the department in budget

guidelines.

Results: Consistently ran a higher yield with less downtime on the

equipment

2003-2004 Heartland Catfish Greenwood, MS

Maintenance Supervisor/Baader Supervisor

Responsibilities: Made parts and adjustments to remove the inspectors

from the automated fillet machines. Supervised and maintained

11 automated fillet lines. Performed trouble shooting of

problems. Assisted in the supervision of the maintenance

department. Assisted in the installation of 2 automated fillet

lines.

Results: Improved the yield consistently, and ran with less

mechanics.

1999-2003 Carolina Classic Catfish Inc. Ayden, NC

Maintenance Supervisor/Baader Technician/ General Maintenance

Responsibilities: Perform all preventive maintenance on 2 automated

fillet lines and sorters. Repaired other machines as required.

Perform all troubleshooting of problems. Order and keep

inventory of all necessary parts needed for the

machines.Assisted Baader personnel in the installation of a new

automated line. Maintain and perform preventive maintenance on

the ice machines.

Results: Improved the overall yield in the plant to 45.15 for the

year of 2000 with less time lost to equipment being down.

1996-1999 America's Catch Itta Bena, MS

Baader Supervisor

Responsibilities: Supervised and trained 3 technicians. Assisted in

the performance of preventive maintenance on 5 Baader 148, 4

Baader 184 and Baader 209. (automated fillet lines) Performed

rebuilds on all 184 and 209 machines. Assisted in the

installation of 4 Baader 148.

Order and keep inventory of all parts necessary for the machine

rebuilds and day to day operations. Performed some welding and

fabrications to benefit the performance of the plant and.

Results: Lost time due to equipment failure went down along with

miscut fillets. This resulted in higher profits for the company.

1995-1996 Pride of the Pond Tunica, MS

General

Responsibilities: Performed all the preventive maintenance on 2

automated fillet lines. Repaired digital scales.Assisted in

maintaining the 2 spiral freezers, ice machines and air

conditioners.

1993-1995 America's Catch Itta Bena, MS

Baader Technician

Responsibilities: Redesigned parts on the Baader 209 in order

for the machine to properly run fish at production speeds.

Assisted in the performance preventative maintenance on 3 Baader

166, 3 Baader 184, Baader 148 and Baader 209.Performed

maintenance on 5 sorters.

Assisted the Maintenance Department in expansions.
