three low-rise commercial properties. Was liaison with owner, general

manager, brokers, legal representatives, project manager, property

managers, and prospective and existing tenants. Worked closely with

brokers on prospective deals from lease proposal to lease commencement.

Performed financial due diligence, analyzed deal structures and tenant

improvement pricing and construction projects. As in-house lease manager,

negotiated renewals and amendments.

Property Manager

Hanford Freund & Company, San Francisco, CA - 1998 to 2007

Managed real estate assets valued in excess of $100,000,000 comprised of

Maiden Lane historic office buildings, luxury condominiums, retail,
