Maintain accurate Payroll and H.R personnel files.
Assist H.R by entering new hires on a corresponding spreadsheet (Admin. Or Plant)
Keep employees I’9 files updated, and copies of documents in corresponding binders.
Answer phone lines 5+ and transfer to correct person.
Skills: Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Computer literate -MS Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
Typing (40+ wpm), Data entry, phone lines (5+), good oral/written communication, and detail oriented.
Education: High School Diploma 2004
