My role involved offering support to our customer in financial
difficulties. I worked in a team whereby we spoke to customers to help them
keep on top of their payments. I consistently have to meet the needs of the
customer as well as that of Santander's. Being an excellent communicator,
informative and persuasive over the phone and with the ability to negotiate
the right solution for every customer is very crucial for this role.
Telefonica uk - Business Sales Network Developer
Collecting, analyzing, evaluating and reporting data in order to increase
sales productivity of SME companies.
Management reporting including journal entry
Arranging Presentations with directors on products and services we can
incorporate into their network. Expense analysis and evaluating bespoke

ACHIEVEMENTS
I started working for Telefonica on a part time basis during University. As
I graduated I became a Team Manager within my group I consistently hit all
KPI targets for a year and was given an award at the company year ceremony
for such a remarkably consistency. I organized my team well by always
briefing them on potential clients and leads and updating them on new
products and services they can offer to achieve their individual sales
targets. All team members were always assigned a task and worked well to
achieve the team's target.
CITI BANK - Risk Operations Analyst Placement Intern- Atlanta
I assisted in managing CITI Retail Credit Policy, reviewing any proposed
changes and always making recommendations to the SMT. I had to manage
invoices from the Credit Reference Agencies and resolve any further issues
that may arise from. Within the decision making process of the underwriters
I had to plan, test and implement changes to the automated underwriting
process within the Modellica software. I had to manage Underwriting
mandates and underwriter performance and also monitor adherence to company
policy in underwriting which on occasions involved investigating breaches
and submitting reports on Risk meetings.
My role also involved contributing to ad hoc reporting, detailing out the
reports and deriving solutions to any feedbacks that may arise. I also
dealt with new scoreboard building, decision tree re design, migration,
loans, and fraud strategies. I also contributed towards reviewing dealer
funding applications across the Manufacturers. This was coordinated and a
recommendation sent to senior management. I had to monitor and report on
end-to-end system data flows and processing for completeness and timings,
ensuring the correct capture of credit risk information and calculations
within the Credit and Basel II Risk systems.
I also acted as an interface for the Credit and Basel II Risk systems in
the investigation/resolution of issues related to those systems. Act as
liaison between source systems, User Helpdesks, End Users and development
teams for the systems.
And providing production support for the Credit and Basel II Risk systems,
including monitoring of processes, MIS tracking, dealing with queries and
trouble shooting.
ACHIEVEMENTS
I was consistently praised for my attention to detail work ethnic within
reports, which I made to the SMT (Senior Management Team). I ensured all
Underwriters's worked within the structures of the company policy by
keeping then abreast on any changes on criteria, which had to be
implemented within the underwriting process. I consistently updated myself
on Manufacturers dealer funding applications whereby we consistently
addressed recommendations to the senior management. As a result we managed
to secure a lot of business within my tenure. My dedication, consistency
and team work skills was applaud due to my committed attitude at work
TELCORDIA TECHNOLOGIES NJ - Systems Engineer, Intern - Intern New Jersey
I worked on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data required
evaluation of identifiable factors.
I also exercised judgment within generally defined practices and policies
in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
I also exhibited a great deal of functional expertise, by working on
complex problems requiring a high level of ingenuity and creativity gained
through practical experience. I had to frequently contribute to the
development of new principles, theories and methods. Often self initiated,
work is usually performed independently with minimal direction from the
manager.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Due to our in depth work and research we were able to develop structure to
contain these battery cells which are currently being used in metro trains
across the states. My dedication and organizational skills was very much
accredited as I was also assigned as the Team Leader on the project. The
manager was very impressed with my role and as such I have always been in
contact with him ever since I left to complete my final year of university.
ST GEORGES HOSPITAL, RICHMOND PHARMACOLOGY -Tooting
Tele-Recruitment Part Time
I was responsible for interchanging between the 3 areas of the VR Tele-
Recruitment Department, Reception; Tele-Recruitment and Waiting Room
Attendant. I was to ensure that all incoming telephone calls from
volunteers or potential volunteers are answered in a courteous and
efficient manner and dealt with in an effective manner. As a Tele-
recruiter, I was to assist in the recruitment of a sufficient number of
suitable subjects for participation in the clinical trials undertaken by
the unit.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Due to hard work and consistency in progress I was promoted to a managerial
post where I was in charge of the entire unit for the duration of the
weekends for which I worked. This was not an easy task due to the nature of
the trials performed, which most times involved neurologic patient and
drugs. But I managed the pressure and worked admirably
