Project: 75 Wall Street, New York, NY (June 2007 – August 2009)

Job Title: General Superintendent

34 Coordinated construction for the conversion of a 40-story office building into a luxury

hotel/condominium complex.

35 Duties included overall supervision of all aspect of construction, including assistance in

planning, schedule maintenance, coordination of trades and trade relations, scheduling and

coordinating loading dock deliveries and building storage; responsible for all inspections;

responsible for locating areas of former building needed for new design operations.

36 Direct supervision of most areas of demolition, including elevator demolition and the

conversation of these elevator shafts into living space; layout, build out and finish for over

350 condominiums; hotel and gym layout; office area completion.

37 Other direct responsibilities included rehabilitation of an existing park area and the

redirection of the building’s terrace drainage system.

40 Coordinated construction for this high security facility designed to receive and process $15

million daily. Duties included overall supervision and schedule maintenance, coordination of

loading dock and deliveries.

41 Company representative for all community coalitions and labor unions.

42 Coordination of all inspections, both private and MTA; responsible for site safety with on-site

representative and MTA safety committee.

43 Direct supervision of all field operations including the removal and replacement of all soil

largely occupied at the time and all phases of the project had to be coordinated with the

clients/occupants.
