34 Coordinated construction for the conversion of a 40-story office building into a luxury
hotel/condominium complex.
35 Duties included overall supervision of all aspect of construction, including assistance in
planning, schedule maintenance, coordination of trades and trade relations, scheduling and
coordinating loading dock deliveries and building storage; responsible for all inspections;
responsible for locating areas of former building needed for new design operations.
36 Direct supervision of most areas of demolition, including elevator demolition and the
conversation of these elevator shafts into living space; layout, build out and finish for over
350 condominiums; hotel and gym layout; office area completion.
