successfully compete for the Advance Precision Kill Weapon Systems

(APKWS) program.

. Led the THAAD Seeker development from Advance Technology Demonstration

phase through transition into very successful production phase

. Received Technology Innovation Award from L-3 and Chairman Award for

Leadership from BAE. Also received the Nova Award for Leadership from

L-3 Applied Technology Group - President 2008 to 2010

. Managed 4 divisions (>$100M in sales) with over 8 sites located in

three different states. As president of this group of divisions, I was

responsible for the P&L and the overall operations, including

development of strategic plans, establishing division goals,

identifying investment opportunities, and conducting business reviews.

. Diverse technology portfolio, ranging from High Power Microwave

systems, HEMP protection, Nuclear Radiation hardening, and

Sterilization Systems.

. Achieved 30% organic growth and improved earnings by a factor of 2.5

operation specialized in large optical telescopes, range
