Strategy
Analyzed and developed the Baseline Enterprise Architecture of
Civil Affair, which helped non-Arabic, Senior consultant to
understand the operating model of Civil Affair and work towards a
Target Architecture.
Participated in developing a five-years Roadmap to achieve Highly
Automated E-Services, including the scope of work and detailed
requirements.
Led all the information gathering, presentations and discussions
with the business stakeholders. At the end of the project, the
customer was highly satisfied with the results of the project.
Engagement 2: Wage Protection System (WPS)
Analyzed the business requirements and all related laws and
regulation in Saudi Arabia in order to develop a platform that
enables the Ministry of Labor (MOL) to monitor payroll payments
in all commercial establishments. Based on the analysis, the
Minister of Labor instructed the legal department to work on a
legislation project to implement some of the recommended
amendment in the analysis report.
Led the technical and business aspects of a workshop with twelve
banks in Saudi Arabia. (Under the supervision of SAMA, Saudi
Central Bank), which helped MOL to convince the banking sector to
participate in WPS initiative.

standards.
Led the technical and security architecture for Enjaz
(http://www.enjazit.com.sa), a payment gateway complied with PCI,
Payment Card Industry Standard. Enjaz now is a source of revenue
adding more than $30M to the IT Budget.
Led the quality activities on Visa System implementation, an IT
system that processes all visa applications to Saudi Arabia,
including visas for Hajj and Omrah (Visits to the Two-Holy
mosques in Makah and Medina), improving the total capacity of
visa issuing by more than 300%.
Initiated and led the preliminary activities for the Diplomatic
E-Passport Project, which includes requirements analysis and
coordination with all related government agencies. Based on this
work, an agreement with related government ministries were
established to build more consolidated system, reducing the total
cost of ownership.

conformance of in-house developed systems to technical standards.
Conducted several quality audits that helped to improve overall
systems stability and conformity to business requirements and
MOFA standard.

(5-women, 2-men). One of them now is leading the department.
