activities personal care and gave morale support. Also changed oxygen tanks and
administered diabetic shots when needed.

Emergency Medical Dispatcher/Enhanced 911 Operator
Operated communications center for city police, fire and rescue, using Windows-based
computerized response system. Handled incoming emergency calls and dispatched
appropriate personnel in timely manner. Multitasked via radio and landline with the
following agencies: NCIC (National Crime Investigation Center), LEAPS and all
surrounding municipalities.

Responsibilities included: Preparing agenda for public hearings. Taking minutes of the
hearing and preparing a report of such meeting. Previous work for city included
generating and automating annual excise tax reports on Prime Computer System, training
city employees in word processing procedures. Worked in various departments within the
Government Center, such as: Computer Department, Auditor’s Office, Comptroller’s
Office Board of Elections, Minimum Housing and Planning Department.

Assisted Chief of Psychiatry with secretarial and medical public duties. Performed
assessments and Medical Transcriptions for the Social Workers. Recorded minutes for
weekly Administrative, Recreation and Occupational Therapists’ meetings. Set up,
organized and maintained office for the Chief of Volunteers. Also worked in Medical
Records room and billing department.
