from the 5th largest to the 3rd largest medical alarm provider in the
nation, carrying full responsibility of developing alliances and managing
all programs and projects affiliated with the marketing department.

Selected Accomplishments
Attributed to the growth of the Connect America customer base by developing
and managing a diverse portfolio of partnerships including one national
franchise partnership housing 50 offices, 2 regional insurance wellness
program partnerships, 2 regional in-home medical health care partnerships,
in addition to managing 4 small retail chain partnerships, 1 large national
retail partnership, 100 dealers and affiliate program members.
Instituted a quarterly marketing plan that included networking and/or
showcasing in at least (1) new health fair, DME vendor expo or aging
related conference per quarter, in turn created the long term developing
marketing partnerships with such groups as Meals On Wheels.
Reduced 2009 retail programs marketing costs by $90,000 (over a 3 month
period) through the renegotiating of a merchandising contract and
reallocating responsibilities to in-house employees; personally managing
store relationships throughout MA to DC, Southern California and Southeast
Florida.
Managed key retail markets through on-site visits averaging 15-20 visits
daily to communicate program details to store manager and staff, resulted
in the increase of sales and hiring of additional in-house sales staff.
Designed a "train-the-trainer" package to include a basic and easy to
follow Power Point presentation, a la carte training seminars and
continuous on-call support to employees of the partnering organizations
that increased communications and decreased administrative errors by 99%.
Created the Fall Prevention Poster with fall prevention tips and Connect
America's direct information, given to health care professionals, assisted
living and rehabilitation centers, and hospital facilities.
Executed the "Doctor Box" referral program that created a need for 100s of
privately owned practices to promote Connect America's services in the
office and to refer other privately owned practices within their network.
