Goodman Networks Intranet site
This site was a SharePoint portal a single web farm with many site collections for the different departments
within the company. Each site has a different set up and permissions groups, lists and function.
Responsibilities included created different groups with different access levels for each of these sites.
Troubleshoot issues with SharePoint web parts and other functionalities, creating new site collection,
managing site collection quotas and locks. Used BDC to populate drop down controls with Oracle data.
Job Requisition
The application Job requisition provides the Managers of individual departments with the information needed to post
the position on the company’s internal website and interview applicants and provide the information needed to make a
job offer. It also allows the higher management to be involved in the approval process.
Generic purchase order
An Asp.net 2.0 application which used a crystal report 9.0 to display purchase order information pulled from
sql tables. Designed the crystal report form and the stored procedures necessary to populate the form.

PERFORMANCE WORKBENCH
Performance Workbench is an application through which the Performance of the Employee can be measured
and Bonus awarded to the Employees based on these measures. Each level in hierarchy of the organization
measures the performance of the Level below their hierarchy. The application is been written using the C#,
ASP.NET with SQL Server as the back-end. The idea is to make use of the rich Data structures, various Web
Server controls that will enhance the usability and performance of the current system.
WORK FLOW MANAGEMENT
This system maintains leave records and travel requirements. The leave applications from employees will be
forwarded to his superior who will verify the situation and sanction / reject. Then it is forwarded to HRD who
will also verify his leave and approve the necessary leave according to the recommendation. The system
maintains arrangement of any air / train bookings and accommodation for company personnel.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
Inventory Management maintains the inventory and accounting details of purchases and sales and
generates one consolidated report. The system defines various parameters, inventory status, order entries,
