Container Division Regional Controller, IMAGE PAC (2008-present)

Member of Image Pac leadership team ($480M Display & Graphics division with 12 North American operations in the US

and Canada), leading immediate objective of driving SG&A initiative. Encompassed staff reduction, Past Due A/R

Investment Bankers, Legal Counsel and Prospective Buyers. Served on the Mill Integration Steering Committee, building

business cases and implementing merger synergies valued at $90M annually company-wide.

Division Controller, ALTIVITY PACKAGING LLC (2006-2008)

Led fiscal functions for $500M sales group comprised of six recycled paperboard mills and a laminating plant. Key driver for

the carve-out sale of Smurfit-Stone’s $1.6B Consumer Packaging Division to Texas Pacific Group LLC (TPG), a major

private equity company. Championed comprehensive transition plan spanning accounting, energy contracts, sales and use tax

registrations, unemployment tax strategy, permits and licenses, and establishment of credit lines with suppliers. Appointed to

Altivity/GPI Finance Merger and Mill Integration Steering Teams.

Division Controller, SMURFIT-STONE CONTAINER CORPORATION (2002-2006)

Coordinated and led all areas of accounting for $350M sales group consisting of four recycled paperboard mills and a

laminating plant, including hiring, mentoring and training Mill Controllers. Member of Corporate Energy Team establishing

natural gas and oil hedging strategy and overseeing energy efficiency improvement projects, as well as Information Systems

Project Development and Implementation. Role required strong understanding of what drives cost in a manufacturing
