During my tenure at the Court Holding Group, I performed the following:
. Implemented programs to reduce costs in each machining cell.
o Achieved 15% Hydromat tooling cost reduction.
o Reduced CNC cycle time by replacing standard insert with semi-
standard insert. This eliminated multiple passes during
machining cycle. This reduced the cycle time by 8%.
o Designed and implemented a loader for centerless grinders that
allowed automatic grinding of a short part which was previously
hand loaded. This reduced labour content by 66%.
. Coordinated all continuous improvement activity at Court Valve Company
Inc.
. Developed and implemented a process for the manufacturing of:
o Fuel injector solenoid bodies
o Intake manifold shafts (IMRC)
o Throttle shafts
o Automatic transmission park lock guides
. Supervised a shift of hourly employees on a three shift rotation.

to meet production and shipment requirements.
