Command and industry in order to rapidly field the most

technologically advanced equipment to Special Forces soldiers in

combat.

. Managed multiple strategic and tactical communication programs for 3rd

Special Forces Group valued at hundreds of millions of dollars.

. Conducted research to identify capability gaps, support operational

tests and evaluation; conducted fielding of new equipment and

sustainment, reviews and provide input to Force Design Updates.

Special Forces Intelligence Sergeant

3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne) Fort Bragg, NC 11/2003-8/2008

Selected as the Intelligence Sergeant for a Special Forces Operations

Detachment-Alpha (SFODA) 3333 designated as the 3rd Special Forces

Group Regional Survey Team involved in JCS directed compartmentalized,

classified projects; works in a relatively independent environment;

utilizes Operations and Intelligence skills in supervising the

collection and production of intelligence products for Department of

State (DOS) and Department of Defense (DOD) in developing Emergency

Action Plans (EAP) for Non-Combatant Evacuation Operations; prepares

and conducts briefings for flag officers and ambassadors.

. Served as Section Chief and Data Collection Manager for numerous

classified surveys in State Department foreign Diplomatic Facilities.

. Served as a U.S.A. Non-Pro Courier of diplomatic pouch on numerous

missions without incident.

. Selected by the Integrated Survey Program (ISP) to be a guest

instructor for mission training at Ft. Bragg for multiple Operation

Detachment Alpha teams from all groups.

Battalion Assistant Operations Sergeant

3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne) Fort Bragg, NC 7/2001-10/2003

. Selected over peers as Assistant Operations Sergeant for Special

Forces Battalion; plans, coordinates, and monitors all

internal/external training support and operational requirement for two

Special Forces Companies. One CINC In-extremis Force (CIF) company and

an HSC; coordinates all ranges and training areas; responsible for the

collection of the company training schedules and submission to higher

headquarters; publishes the commander's highlights, situation reports,

and deployment reports; served as the Operations Sergeant Major in his

absence.

. Served as the Battalion Air Movement Officer for planning and

execution of pre mission training operations and Operation Enduring

Freedom I and II.

. Served as Senior Communication Sergeant on Operation Detachment Alpha

(ODA)'s; responsible for the Planning and preparation of communication

radio communications in voice, CW, and burst radio nets, also

necessary during Foreign Internal Defense, Direct Action, Special
