Managed daily press schedule for company’s commercial printing presses. Manroland 700 6 color printing press, Heidelberg

Speed Master 4 color printing press and Heidelberg Quick Master 2 color printing press. Color matched pantone spot colors for

commercial customers submitted drawdown proofs for approval using Little Joe proofing press, densitometer, estimated ink

coverage and made proper amount of ink for production runs using 100% formula from the color match submitted.

Made pantone special mix inks for Pressline printing ink company. Most ink orders 1, 2, & 5 lbs. with lots of 10 Thru 30 lb. ink

orders with a large 600 pound special order on occasion all large inks made on the lone 30lb. mixer. Batch after batch to get ink

orders ready for shipment or pick up. Weekly inventory of all process colors, pantone mixing colors and additives. Submitted

weekly ink order with suppler. Also helped press crew daily with inking fountains, stacking loads, clean up and whatever

pressman required to keep production run going daily.

Hostmann – Steinberg – Production Worker / Driver 04/00 - 12/02

Weigh up batches of pantone inks by 100% formula. Batch size 1 lb. Thru 600 lb. inks. Approved color, dispensed inks over 3

roller mills into ink cans, labeled and packaged ink for shipment. Pulled pantone process orders daily and prepared customer

orders for shipments. Delivered customer orders kept daily logs of work truck deliveries and mileage also received merchandise

from corporate headquarters stocked merchandise and inventory control.

Weighed up batches of hestset pantone process inks by 100% formula ticket (5000 lb.) for company implants. Items weighed

free flow varnishes, gel varnishes and color flush. Also ran 3 roller mills when required.

A.J. Daw Ink Company – Craftsman / Production Worker 07/90 - 11/98

Duties included running all Flexo dept. equipment using various mixers, Kady Mills, media mills 15 & 45 liter

depending on batch size to produce Flexo pantone mixing colors. Trained new employees on production machine

function and safety. Made large batches of varnish (3000) lb by 100% formula to specification. Also made Flexo

pantone special mix inks daily for Zenith in plant and ran pigment & resin evaluations on lab media mill for R&D

dept when needed.
