Position: Senior Project Manager
Multi-Billion Dollar Entertainment Company assigned to the
Resort Development
Team for Anaheim, California. Responsible for the Design
and Development of a
7200 Car, Multi-Level Parking Structure. In addition
served as Construction Manager for the design of a 4th
Guest Tower for Disneyland Hotel, and a 150,000 SF
Expansion of Downtown Disney. All projects placed on hold
until 2012 due the economy.

specializing in Owner Representation, Development Project
Management, Development Predesign/Construction and
Construction Management. Clients included Turner
Construction, Ledcor, Watt Commercial Industries, RD Olson
Development and high end private residential investors.

Position: Vice-President of Development, Design and
Construction
Orange County, San Diego County and Arizona Regions
$2 Billion real estate investment company focusing on
commercial industrial and hospitality internationally.
Responsibilities included overseeing and managing all
aspects of the commercial division responsible for the
southwest California Region and Arizona. Duties included
budget/financial interface, design management, construction
implementation, contract negotiation, schedule management,
hiring of staff, management of staff, interface with
tenant/client personnel.
03/91 - 12/98 Walt Disney Company - Disney Development Company
Position: Senior Construction Manager
A Multi-Billion Dollar Entertainment Company. Disney
Development focused on all types of projects occurring
outside the boundaries of one of the amusement parks, all
work for the Studio and any project for any corporate in-
house division involving real-estate or real estate
development. Duties included the overseeing of and
implementation of development project from the submission
of the design to the appropriate governmental agency
responsible for the permit. Preconstruction, scheduling,
value engineering, design coordination, contract and change
order negotiation were included in the duties of the
position. Originally hired by the Facilities Division of
Disneyland Park as Manager of a Project Team involved with
capital improvements within the Park and the Hotel.
02/85 - 03/91 Koll Construction Company - San Diego Division
Position: Project Manager
A $500 Million Dollar General Contractor with division
throughout the western states Focus on commercial,
industrial, retail, hospitality, tenant improvements and
site development. Duties included preconstruction
services, estimating, scheduling, subcontractor bidding,
subcontractor contract negotiation, project management,
owner interface and on-site supervision.
