1. I started working on a part time basis with a software development

company as a tester and then as an analysts and I am responsible for test

requirements/test cases creation, specification creation, competitive

analysis, documentation creation. I tested database management tools for

Microsoft SQL Server in Windows/.Net environment.

I work remotely from Poland with a team that is geographically dispersed

(US, Chili, Serbia, Romania, Russia, India). I use the following tools:

AxoSoft OnTime software for defects reporting, TestLink for test

plans/test cases creation and execution

2. I am working as an a Department Manager of Information Management

Services (from 2000 till 2001 working as a Team Leader, from 2001 till

2006 working as a Team Manager, from 2007 I work as Department Manager).

The scope of my responsibilities consist of:

a) database modeling, SQL optimization, database configuration/optimization

(IBM DB2, Oracle, MS SQL Server, Postgresql), scripts creation in

Linux/AIX (shell languages, T-SQL) environment, C programming, high

availability solutions, integration with existing software, Java

technology,

b) deployment of the content management solutions in banking sector (mainly

IBM DB2 Content Management Family Products and our own software),

c) project management (PMI methodology) mainly connected with business

process modeling, document management in LAN/WAN networks, workflow of

documents (platforms used: AIX, HP, OS/390, Windows,

applications/database systems used: IBM DB2 Content Management Portfolio,

WebSphere Environment, Process Server, Business Modeler, IBM DB2, Oracle,

SQL Server)

d) coordinating software development project of our proprietary software

for document management using Agile/scrum methodology (team of 17

programmers/testers),

e) department management, coordination of cooperation with external

consultants, cooperation with sales people and clients; creation of

standards of internal work, creation of standards of cooperation with
