Engineering Services Manager DISA CORENet – Lead a team of 25 across the three functional areas of Release
and Deployment, Information Assurance, and Tier 3 support for the Defense Information Systems Agency. My
team’s responsibilities include overseeing and implementing IT Security for DISA and keeping it up to date, Tier 3
help desk support, as well as testing, packaging and deploying applications for DISA. We also report out monthly
SLA for the Engineering Services Division to DISA management and assist in the development and deployment of
new systems.

Data Center Analyst Tier 3 @ NY State’s OFT Data Center Networks Maintain and monitor the Network
Health for NY State’s Office for Technology’s Data Center Networks. This included developing documentation,
diagrams and firewall polices for the network’s implementation. I worked on the development of a secure network
design and on going improvements. Train junior staff as necessary and assist in their technical growth. Migrated
new and existing applications to the new Enterprise Infrastructure from the older legacy networks.

Network Engineering Consultant @ Bank of America’s Libris Division – Maintained the LAN and WAN for 5
campus’s that comprised the Libris division. Installed new infrastructure in the data centers and wiring closets of the
campus. Worked on designing and installing new secure networks and their components such as Cisco 3750
Routers, Checkpoint firewalls, Catalyst 6513 and 4506 switches. Also assisted in the migration of their Paymode
business to a new site from their old one in Portland ME .
Logic Technology Inc, Schenectady, NY, 12/01 – 08/05
Senior Network Engineer @ GE Energy – Designed WAN/LAN solutions for remote sites needing connectivity
to the GE Energy and GE Corporate Networks. Work with Project Managers to discover site conditions and
equipment and incorporate them into a secure LAN design and upgrade them to the current GE Energy standards.
Configured routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points and bridges, and other equipment for a site and
ensure its timely delivery. Then turn up the sites and ensure the network is operating within the designed parameters
and to the end user’s satisfaction. The equipment used to accomplish these tasks include Cisco 7500, 4500, 3800,
3600, 2800, 1800, and 1700 routers, Catalyst 6000, 5000, 4000, 3500, 2900 series switches Aironet 350 and 1200

repairing Fleet Bank’s data network, as well as manage a staff of 5. This network consists of 1200 Cisco routers for
our Frame Relay Branch Network, 700 Cisco & Nortel routers for the back office server network, 100 node
Stratacom Backbone, and various digital and analog modems for our stand alone ATM’s. This is accomplished by
interacting with various telecommunication carriers, customers, and vendors to analyze, isolate, and repair the
problem. I also am the trainer for new employees. WAN Technologies used in the Stratacom Backbone were T1,
T3. The networks consisted of Frame Relay, PPP circuits, T1, T3, OC3, and OC48. Used various Network
Management systems (Tivoli, Open View, NetCool, and Solar Winds)

RDBMS. Also, Identix TP600 Live Scan workstations using OS/2 operating system.
