Contract Assistant (Temp position for Acco Engineered Systems)

Worked closely with Contract Administrator reading and processing

contracts, order company insurance for projects, review

subcontractor insurance to meet job requirements, scanned documents

and also helped out in other departments as needed.

Project Coordinator

Worked on 3 projects ranging from 120m to 250m Mall Expansions.

drawings, Request for Proposals, worked with design team gathering

documents and day to day communication with subcontractors.

Answer phones, distributing incoming mail, coordinate meetings,

help with day to day issues, and communicate daily with

subcontractors.

control, entering Change Orders, Submittals, RFI's, and

Payment invoices; AP/AR; attend meetings; maintain jobsite files;

and answer phones.
