Dallas/Fort Worth Branch Manager
****************@********.***
October, 2010 to Present
Centralized Showing Service (CSS) is a centralized appointment
service for real estate agents, buyers and sellers. As a CSR at CSS, I
usually talk to the agents to set-up, modify or cancel their showing
appointments. I also talk to sellers about those appointments. Primarily I
handle incoming calls, but when traffic demands, I can do outgoing calls as
well.
CSS prides itself on the skills, professionalism and politeness of
its CSRs. At year-end, it was announced that the DFW market had earned
first-place in many categories of importance within the company.
I believe these skills provide me with the foundation to speak to
customers in a polite, friendly and professional manner, while still
maintaining some humanity.
