. Handling 15 team.

. Co-ordinate with customer regarding IBS Coverage & Capacity issue.

3G-RF Optimization :-

. Gladiator (RF-Optimization) Technical Support.

. Prepare CDC for Cluster and Traces.

. Importing Counter Data 2G/3G and analysis KPI, Traces

(GPEH/CTR/UETR/MTR)

. Analysis 2G/3G WNCS Data for Missing Neighbor & Overshooting analysis.

. Check default parameter of Cell level, Node B & RNC level.

. 3G Parameters planning like Neighbour Tuning, WCEL&WBTS Creation in

XML.

. Cluster Optimisation:-Improve Pilot Pollution & CS KPI, PS KPI, and

HSDPA KPI such as CCSR (Accessibility), CCSR (Retain Ability).

2G-RF Optimization :-

* IBS -Nokia-Airtel Mumbai

. ND reports processing & analyzing on daily basis.

. Checking Site creation LOGS on daily basis.

. Check the discrepancies of created sites in BSC with the help of MML

(ZEQO, ZEHO, ZEUO, ZERO, ZEAO,ZEAC etc)

. Performance engineering (Analyzing traffic data for drops, congestion,

accessibility, traffic growth etc.) based

on the KPIs on daily basis.

. Analyze the Drive test logs, RX Quality, Rx Level etc, and Re-Planning

of RF parameters in problematic areas accordingly and raising CRF for

the same for implementation.

. Prepare site Database (IP) for New IBS sites Co-ordinate &Neighbor

planning.

. Co-ordinate with Walktest Engineer and OMC teams for resolving network

issues.

Troubleshooting of the network based on customer complaints.

. Walktest for Airtel and Aircel to check the GPRS/EDGE

Download/Upload speed & performance of the IBS Site .

. IBS Survey of the IBS sites which includes RF/Transmission survey for

converge &capacity sites and designing of IBS network including

selection of distribution antenna systems (DAS) Opting for the

appropriate solution i.e. RF repeater,preparing Link budget, BOQ and

do the planning of IBS sites.
