Senior Engineer.

BASIC/DETAILED ENGINEERING ACTIVITIES PERFORMED:

Study and preparation of stress critical line list as per the stress

specifications.

Deciding the Expansion loop size and locations during the preliminary

analysis.

Stress analysis of lines, which are connected to pumps, pressure

vessels, column etc. including secondary analysis like flange

leakage.

Supporting of lines connected to Columns, Pumps, Heat Exchangers, and

Compressors etc.

Making and Providing Structure loading Drawings & Squad Check of

Civil Structure Drawing,

Review and comment on nozzle orientation drawings and design of pipe

support vessel cleats for Equipment's like columns, Pressure vessels,

Heat Exchangers etc.

Optimize design of all pipe supports, guides, anchors, stops,

springs, rigid struts and also ensure that all supports are properly

designed and implemented as per the support specifications.

Preparation of Support summary, special support sketches etc.

Preparation of stress analysis reports as per the requirements of

clients or third parties.

Supporting of Stress Critical & Non - Critical line.
