and coordinate internal and external meetings with attorneys, clients and

support staff. Ensure that all schedules are entered correctly in a

computerized calender. Follow up with staff regarding changes and

deletions. Handle all event details and diagrams. Ensure that all logistics

are met for each schedule and that appropriate audiovisual equipment is

placed properly in each conference room before meetings, seminars and

training programs.

Set up events in the absence of audiovisual technicians. Assist audiovisual

and information technology departments with setting up personal/laptop

computers; LCD projectors; flip charts; speakerphones; lavaliere and

wireless hand held/push-to-talk microphones; video recording devices;

videocassette recorders; and videoconferencing equipment. Arrange for

display of multiple images on screens using matrix mixers.

Skilled in operating Crestron remote controls, Tandberg 3000/6000 video

conference systems, Extron matrix mixers, Sony scan converters and Clear

One conference call telephone interface. Arrange video conferences to

multiple locations, using Tandberg equipment or bridging company to connect

more than three sites. Record meetings on DVD/VCR recorders using input

from up to six video conference cameras. Troubleshoot Crestron remotes when

images become stuck. Operate equipment manually as backup.

Coordinate with other departments within the firm to determine what is

needed for each appointment. Arrange with housekeeping staff for timely

delivery of food and beverages. Create portfolios of vast table

arrangements as visual aids to assist clients in planning their

conferences/meetings. Prepare reports on conference center facility

operations and equipment. Expanded the conference department to include a
