information technology (IT) needs and technical procedures.

> Identify, initiate, and undertake projects to aid in

process improvement based on current institutional and

Divisional priorities.

> Be available and accessible to fulfill unexpected immediate

requests made by the President & CEO.

with Guest Services; greet and escort Guests to and from
