. Installation of New antenna as designed to be located, changing the

existing antenna configuration as per the proposed antenna

configuration.

. Assisting the riggers team to make the connectors of the feeder

cables, grounding of feeder cables, weather proofing was also

implemented at the Maintenance Down time (MDT).

. Dismantling of site was also done as per the necessary requirements of

the customer.

. Make daily report, monthly in order with respect to KPI. This also

includes providing escalation and notification of Minor, Major and

Critical incidents/outages to the customer instantly with greater

details necessarily.

. Coordinated and troubleshoot with different transmission group as

Alcatel, Motorola.

. Supervised and coordinate telecom implementation with sub-contractors.

. Clearing network issues such as internal alarms of BTS and also BSC

remotely with command line of Motorola and Alcatel.

. Perform periodic content service testing such as loop testing, call

testing, VSWR etc.

. Perform Escalation and Notification to keep management and other

business units informed during system outages.

. Troubleshooting and solving different Transmission/ BTS problems,

power issues and problems relating rectifiers.

. Perform re-configuration upgrade and downgrade BTS radios for fault

clearing.

. Perform BTS software upgrades

. Off line commissioning of Alcatel (Evolium 900/ 1800) BTS

. Responsible for re installation and test the RF cables and antennas by

using SITE MASTER to measure the VSWR and DTF values and change the

values by fixing the faulty connectors and faulty cables which effect

TX power quality on air interface.
