Prospecta implemented MAM for 1SAP Singapore. BHP Billiton wanted to have
the existing MAM Petroleum Inspections application functionality to be
working with SAP PLM Enhancement pack 4 Operator rounds, which facilitates
the business with better scheduling and monitoring of the inspections.

developments and documentations (functional and technical).

The EP application of GSAP empowers users to login and view, create and
edit the reports of various GSAP systems, users can create groups and
assign the reports to the groups and also they have favorites tab in which
user can add all his favorite reports.

right now. As part of support project we work on issues raised by client,
create patches and get the issue resolved. BHP Petroleum rolled out the
solution to its other sites like Trinidad, Shenzi and Neptune in U.S.A,
prospecta is involved in configuring MI servers and preparing the mobile
devices in this rollout.

Hero honda Motor Ltd is one of the most biggest and popular two wheeler
manufacturing company in India. Where there are hundreds of material
movements happened for the company on every hourly basis. By implementing
MDO our project helped to cleanse the material master data which helped
them in their feature analysis of their business development.

communicates from SQL DB to SAP with idocs and providing the log with good

Project: Master Data Online (Inprogress)
Prospecta has implemented Master Data Online at Havells to create materials
through web eliminating the business users to connect SAP and working with
complex UserInterface. This product enables end users to create materials
in SAP system with out any redundancy having approval workflows which
streamlines the material creation process through out Havells located in
several locations across the globe.
Roles and Responsibilities
Desigend UI with Ajax components having field validation checks replicated
from SAP material creation business rules.
Developed mass material data upload component which reads data from MS-
Excel sheet upload data into MDO database implementing all the data
validations.
Developed Integartion component between MDO & SAP MM specific for Havells
using JCOs and IDOCs.
Client: Vishal Mega Mart
Vishal is one of fastest growing retailing groups in India. Its outlets
cater to almost all price ranges. The showrooms have over 70,000 products
range which fulfills all household needs, and can be catered under one
roof. It is covering about 29, 90, 146 sq. ft. in 24 states across India.
Project: Master Data Online
Prospecta has implemented Master Data Online at Vishal Mega Marts to create
materials through web. Master Data Online enable to create clean materials
without redundancy in the master data. This Material master data has the
integration of Vishal Mega Mart's Oracle & SAP systems.

Developed Material creation component.
Developed generic search component which retrieve data from MDO database,
verify it with SAP and display the material with configured fields and
status.
Developed generic scheduling component with which admin user can configure
MDO to update data into SAP as required.

Client: BHP Billiton Real Estate Perth
BHP Real Estate is one of the enterprise firm of BHP billiton which
involves in construction industry especially building infrastruce for their
offices and employee's colonies. Its main focus is in BHP IronOre's
infrastructure located in Perth Australia for all the mines with in this
region.
Project: SAP Mobile Asset Inspection solution.
BHP Real Estate wanted to rollout IronOre's custom MAM solution into their
industry. In this project Prospecta tailored the MAM solution specific for
inspection rounds applicable for real estate assest and restricting it to
only inspections/notification integrated with measurement points.
The Asset Inspection application empowers Real estate Inspectors to
access required Asset Information Offline and perform their inspection
tasks on a handheld Device, the whole paper based system is replaced
by designing simple screens on the mobile device which updates all the
required information to the SAP whenever there is bad rating given
to an asset automated notifications are raised in the SAP and
concerned managers are notified for necessary actions the Whole
application works offline keeping the considerations of the Mobile Asset
Inspectors. This application is built around SAP Mobile Infrastructure.

Client: BHP Billiton Iron Ore Perth
BHP Billiton is the world largest diversified resources company. BHP
Billiton are distinguished from other resource companies by the quality of
assets with 37,000 employees working in more then 100 operation in 25
countries. BHP Iron ore is one of the mining sites of BHP Billiton.
Prospecta implemented MAM with customization for their service and
maintenance processing to better productivity in their mining business at
Perth.
Project: SAP Mobile Asset Management 3.0 Implementation
Prospecta tailored MAM solution for BHP Billiton IronOre into several
components based on their user groups like tracks, signals, orecar
Inspectors, across the mine. In this project we developed different UI
screens for different user groups but all of them doing the same process in
SAP R/3 backend. Some of the enhancements include creating OreCar
inspection screen, downloading 24k + functional locations, having service
user list, Signature Capture etc .

Creating JSPs & View controllers & vent handlers for all the customized

Client: BHP Billiton Petroleum
The MAM application of GSAP empowers field technicians to access required
maintenance information and perform functions when and where they need to
regardless of how they are connected. Tasks can be completed on a
handheld Device or Laptop with information updated in the backend (GSAP)
system through synchronization. In addition radio frequency
identification (RFID) can be used to streamline key processes via a mobile
device. It is designed to enable field technicians become more
productive, make better decisions and to provide a tool for adherence to
business process.
The crucial task in this implementation is to integrate condition
monitoring tool VIBTOOL with mobile device via Blue tooth to create
measurement documents.
