WORK HISTORY

1994-2005 AVP-Team Operations Manager-Bank of America

Managed over 30 associates in various departments, cash

services, research and adjustment, and check processing.

Responsibilities included, coaching, evaluation, counseling,

interaction with clients and other units. Administer

meetings, development training and communication sessions

with associates. Managed own expenses for assigned

departments and units. Participated in the successful cash

services conversion to a new processing system in 2004.

Responsible for a Kaisen project in which the cash vault was

able to reduce staff by 4.0 FTE's, also participated in a

lean project, Green belt and black belt project helping the

unit meet and in certain areas exceed goals of reducing

expenses. In 2001, managed the successful closure and

merger of the Orange county cash vault unit into 2 different

units within the bank, was also able to placed over 55% of

the associates within various units.

1978-1994 Operation project coordinator- Bank of America

Team Leader in various departments with the bank. Banking

center, check processing center, ATM department, research

department and cash vaults. Responsible for job

distribution, scheduling of associates, helping management

with coaching, evaluation, counseling. Continuously trained

in Management and leadership development.
