Summary of Qualifications

At Sotheby's, I expanded the functionality of the Access databases in order

to allow offices to order corporate ads without paper submissions. While

working for Caravan Express, I spearheaded the creation of the company

website, designing a user-friendly on-line environment through which ads

could be ordered, accounts managed, and the publications accessed. As a

freelance designer for Bayside Properties, I introduced the company to "do-

it-yourself" marketing by creating their first full listing presentation

packages and designing templates for advertising. At BLC, I used themed

marketing campaigns to attract new business, culminating in the "Mickey"

themed 1998 campaign in Orlando, consisting of Line-Of-Credit flyers to fax

and a detailed tri-fold brochure outlining BLC financing options, which

achieved a 30+% response success rate.
