2009-2011 Cako Bakery. I joined the company before it started up, so I was
a member of the starting team responsible for arranging and opening the
store in Union Square. Since opening, I was responsible for day to day
customer service including communication, sales, support, arranging orders,
doing deliveries, and giving information over the phone and in person. I
also had duties involving baked goods such as receiving, displaying,
packaging, accounting, and performing inventory with EXCEL. On top of that
I was responsible for the audits at the end of the night which included
money handling, credit card accounting, discount approvals, dividing the
tips amongst employees. My final duties involved sterilizing the work
environment for food service, sanitizing display cases and trays, custodial
duties such as sweeping, mopping, pest removal, and overall tidying up.

cashier. This involved dealing with very large crowds of extremely diverse

responsible for precise and quick money handling using a POS system while
being a friendly representative of the City of San Francisco. I was
frequently tasked with organizing party rates, receiving and handling
coupons and discounts, auditing my till, frequently using my customer
service skills to upsell and try to create more revenue, and keeping the
crowds orderly and quick moving. I was also responsible for performing
multiple security checks which included observing customers within the
museum, looking for suspicious activity, checking locks and doors, and
providing information. I also performed janitorial services including
mopping, sweeping, frequent cleaning of all services, bathroom cleaning and
replenishing, as well as closing duties to prepare the museum for the next
day.
