Using my knowledge of working within a professional sports club helped support Grantham Town FC who play in the Northern Premier
League Division One South.

Responsibilities:
Manage all of the Club's official online operations such as the official website.
Currently developing two new sites; a venue specific site as well as an online history site.
Implemented an online strategy, social media strategy, and online retail strategy all to maximise the use of our official website for the
various strands of our business.
Produce pre and post match video interviews and highlights for the official website as well as the ECB Video Portal and India's
Rediff.com.
Work within the Communications and Marketing Department (including line managing a Marketing Assistant) to ensure consistent brand
standards are met across all mediums and campaigns.
Be accessible to all playing staff for advice and informal discussions regarding social media and working alongside the PCA guidelines
to promote themselves and the Club.
Achievements:
Increased web traffic by 52% in three years and constructed an opt-in email database of 37,000 subscribers.
Named Website of the Year 2010 at the ECB s Business of Cricket Awards beating all other 17 Counties.
Enhanced the Club's online revenue to £1.2m without the use of any paid for banner advertising.
Developed an innovative player profile template with ‘Sky Sports style’ green screen idents for use on the Club’s official website.
Became the first professional sports club to promote the use of social media with its professional athletes. 13 members of our squad
