Engineering Projects Test Stand for NASA to test the efficiency of the X 48C
propeller.
A former PDR and CODR were presented to the chief manager and
the dedicated team at NASA. Solidworks drawing, detailed written
report, and machined part of the test stand were delivered to NASA.
Aluminum Machining Project.
Using the mill, lathe, and CNC a 6” by 6” aluminum house was
created. The mill was used to cut the shape of the house. The lathe
was used to create the thread into the roof in order for the chimney
to be threaded into it. Finally the house was personalized using CNC
machine.
Optimum Heat Pump for Pasteurizing Milk
A detailed design report was presented to minimize the system to
provide the minimum total present worth of costs for the economic
life of the plant. All the major losses were considered along with the
minor losses from valves, elbows, etc.
