OBJECTIVE: I am looking for a position that would take advantage of my vast years of experience in not only
computer systems, office billing and invoicing, but also offers the possibility of advancement.
EXPERIENCE: I have been working with computer, billing, ordering and invoicing systems for over 20 years. In 1977,
after graduating from the Grumman Data Institute, I became a data entry operator servicing hospitals,
processing all financial applications, such as billing, receivables, payroll, payables, general ledger, etc.
In 1983 I moved to Florida and raised two children with my husband. Upon moving back to New York, I
began working at St. Charles Hospital in 1989, where I worked for six years, first as a data entry
operator, ultimately becoming a lead computer operator responsible for the daily processing of all the
computerized hospital financial systems. After taking time off to recover from multiple surgical
procedures, I worked with the Loews Theater as a service supervisor responsible for concessions,
inventory and training new employees. I got back into the computer field as an account representative
preparing and filing hospital billing claims for an outside billing company. Eventually I took a position in
the billing office for Platsky. Here I was responsible for many of the day-to-day operations involved in
the process of billing and invoicing of plumbing supplies. I coordinated invoices from the initial data
entry to printing, proofing and eventual distribution to appropriate departments and customers. I also
matched truckload inventories to orders ensuring complete accuracy. Basically I ensured that orders
matched invoices, and were routed to the correct sections of the warehouse, and ultimately to the
customer. In 2005 I moved into shipping and receiving by taking a position with Corwood labs.

Obtained hundreds of thousands of dollars in payments for client hospitals for otherwise
