Managed and worked with consultants in designing, programming, and implementing a
shipping workbench system. This included printing pick slips, scanning items, updating
inventory, printing container labels, shipping BOLS, and interfacing data for EDI
transmission to customers.
Managed the Help Desk, which involved prioritizing and solving both hardware and software
issues on the AS/400, desktops, laptops, and multiple servers.
Successfully designed, programmed, tested, and implemented the following:
• Lot Tracking System, interfacing with inventory scanning gun applications.
• Fully functional Remote Shipping Application, which interfaced into the home base
system, complete with pick slips, shipping, inventory updating, and BOLS.
• Purchasing Workbench that interfaced with the PRMS system. This streamlined the
entry of purchase orders eliminating the chance of errors.

• Designed, programmed, and implemented a RFID application, which interfaced with
the scanning gun application. Process included the special printing of RFID labels for
items and RFID labels for shipment containers.
• Shipping Validation System, which utilized an overhead scanning device and
conveyor belt, thus increasing efficiency of shipping orders to customers.
• Remote 3rd party interface for shipments from China. This involved working with
consultants in both the hardware and software developments.
• Interfaced order information with the United Parcel Service World Ship application
to eliminate any errors of shipping orders to wrong customers.
• Sales Budget System, which interfaced with customer orders to help Sales and
Marketing Departments analyze customers activity for the fiscal year.

improve the Stolt Tank Container and Cargo Ship Quote/Move Systems. This
