approved sites waiting to go to legals or in legals.

Launched The Screening Rooms, a luxury boutique cinema in 2011 & negotiate the acquisition of the site

through to exchange whilst designing the interior of the new cinema also. Further sites for The Screening

Rooms are under offer or in legals.

Presented at company update meetings, management conferences & new sites for Board approval.

Prepared the 5 year property acquisition strategy for Cineworld & The Screening Rooms.
