with concentration on protein stability and downregulation.

Transfected VERO cells with wild type and mutant forms of RET,

analyzed the process of protein degradation and internalization using

molecular biology techniques such as Western blotting, IP and

biotinylation. Prepared reagents and buffering systems, maintained
