Responsibilities: Managing all aspects of the operational planning,

strategic planning, forecasting, and monthly close processes for $2B

annual operating budget and $300M capital budget. Business partner to

the Global Technology & Operations (GTO) executive, preparing multiple

analytical reports to drive business decisions. Manage financial

reporting structures to maintain integrity of reporting and analysis.

Key Results:

. Successfully achieved first ever consolidated monthly reporting

analysis package for the GTO organization managing across multiple

functions, global locations, and departments that included dashboard

summaries, P&L analysis, detailed trends, variance analysis and

R&O's.

. Provided insight into the total business view that led to improved

management decisions, over 2 year period reduced operating budget by

. Engineered the creation of the financial reporting structures that

$300M of integration expense.

. Created multiply business case for IT projects and developed

. Introduced per item costing for the FDMS business unit at the

transaction level by platform to provide the pricing group enhanced

Responsibilities: Implement the position of Internal Auditor and

evaluate servicing portfolios for acquisition. Responsible for
