For the past 25 years, I worked at The Parklane, a 35 story, 266,323 sq. ft. luxury high rise

condominium as the Administrative Assistant and Leasing Coordinator. In this role, I was

responsible for all leasing activities of the property, resolving tenant issues and maintaining all

records for 195 apartments. Additionally, I provided administrative support to the executive team

of the company. Other duties included approving invoices, being administrator for the One Site

Property Management Software, preparing weekly leasing reports for management and the

property owner and any special projects as required.

• Provided administrative support to executive team including preparation of correspondence,

making travel arrangements, answering phones, ordering office supplies and equipment, taking

and publishing meeting notes and overseeing all aspects of general office coordination.

service and acted as the liaison between apartment residents and management.

• Coordinated all property marketing activities, including print advertising, websites and mass

marketing. Responsible for updating and maintaining property information on apartment

inventory management sites and company website. Designed new brochures and marketing

cards for property.

• Scheduled contractors to ensure that all monthly painting, carpeting and unit maintenance was

completed on schedule and apartments were in show condition. Issued work orders for any

maintenance items required by residents. Coordinated calendar to avoid conflict of work with

apartment move ins and move outs on freight elevator.

• Planned and hosted annual Resident Holiday Party and other social/special events during the

year.
