For the past 25 years, I worked at The Parklane, a 35 story, 266,323 sq. ft. luxury high rise
condominium as the Administrative Assistant and Leasing Coordinator. In this role, I was
responsible for all leasing activities of the property, resolving tenant issues and maintaining all
records for 195 apartments. Additionally, I provided administrative support to the executive team
of the company. Other duties included approving invoices, being administrator for the One Site
Property Management Software, preparing weekly leasing reports for management and the
property owner and any special projects as required.
• Provided administrative support to executive team including preparation of correspondence,
making travel arrangements, answering phones, ordering office supplies and equipment, taking
and publishing meeting notes and overseeing all aspects of general office coordination.
