Worked as an operator on Cogeneration power plant to 28 Mega Watts.
Operate Solar Mars 90/100 Gas Turbine Generator, put in parallel with
SDG&E grid, Operate package boiler and Heat Recovery Steam Generator
(HRSG) to meet steam demand, take readings and record data in
operating log. Conduct water chemistry test on boiler feed water.
Performed routine maintenance on generator, such as cleaning of
generator exciter, inspect and replace exciter diodes, conduct HI-Pot
on generator main rotor and stator windings, document findings and
submit report, make recommendations for necessary maintenance or
repair.

Perform duties of IC & E maintenance technician, calibrate,
troubleshoot and repair most process instrumentations such as,
pressure, temperature, level transmitter, Air flow and magnetic flow
transmitter, calibrate and repair Digital Valve Controller (DVC)

three years including two successful deployments to Caribbean in
support of making documentary films for Animal Planet, Discovery

load test generator, calibrate & test alarms, test Auto Transfer
Switches and Auto start-up feature on emergency generator by
simulating power failure, provide test result data for costumers
acceptance.

(1982-1996)
Performed pre and post overhaul acceptance testing on Steam and GE LM-
2500 Gas Turbine power generators. Conducted power generator load
testing using reactive and resistive load banks . Performed generator
troubleshooting and necessary repairs, install repair and calibrate
most instrumentations, such as Temperature, pressure sensors,
troubleshoot, repair and test Woodward Speed Governor.
Have working experience on compressors, A/C & R, cargo elevator,
cranes and most rotating and shipboard auxiliary machineries.
Performed diagnostic analysis on vibration related problems on most
rotating machineries.
Experienced in working with sub-contractors, vendors and versed with
