ensure new products and Systems have a good test coverage to satisfy

. Draft statements of work contract to ensure the range of tests to be

covered and the personnel and resources needed to support major test

. Support EMI System Testing in Aberdeen Proving Ground (ATC) which

satisfied customer requirements.

. Test lead in Scottsdale, AZ for "System Software Formal Qualification

. Initiated design improvement on 32 layers "Wide Band Digital Receiver

Board" by identifying a few poorly selected components and replace

company rework and downtime.

required installing Navigation Systems into 5-Jets to be used for

. Conduct engineering activities for development and evaluation of new

product designs during conceptual stages through manufacturing and

mass production on daily basis.

. Three shift manufacturing support with failure analysis, extensive

. Test lead on CISCO External Factory Products; was able to save the

company money by correcting the way one of the products "SARA card"

was being tested, using failure analysis to resolve manufacturability

and design issues, by working with the lab for analysis to prove the

burden was on the vendor not my company. The results were huge

improvement from 50% fallout to 10% which was a great accomplishment

for that product.

. Review board designs for requirements testability and minimize

intermittent failures to 3% or better.

. Prepare reports and recommendations for production to enforce the

correct product testability and coverage.

. Direct and exercise control over in-circuit, functional and

environmental burn-In Oven tests and analyze results to improve

product design and test.

. Supervised twenty-person staff which included but not limited to write

test procedures and train technicians on troubleshooting techniques

which minimized the production fallout rate.
