Accounts Receivable Analyst/Clerk
o Responsible for assigned day-to-day Accounts Receivable functions, such as entering cash
adjustments, balance sales and cash receipts to the General Ledger, preparing necessary forms for
deductions, overpayments, and miscellaneous cash for resolution by responsible Manager or
Department Head.
o Solely manage bank reconciliations on a monthly cycle for Operating (114 accounts), Partnership (68
accounts) Payroll (89 accounts). Other main duties include heavy billing, projections, and entering
invoices in system, new tenants transactions, lease renewals, late notices.
o Ensure timely processing of cash remittances to customer accounts and sales transactions online to
the accounts receivable file. Monitor receivable portfolio to proactively increase cash flow and
minimize company’s exposure to bad debt.
o Enforce payment terms and meet cash goals and Days Sales Outstanding targets.
o Provide assistance/resolution to all Property Controller, other external and internal client inquiries,
and contact customers and/or co-workers to resolve discrepancies.
o Submit reports and prepare logs to and for the Managing Director/Controller.
o Responsible to report any detected trends in payments or denials, as well as procedural problems to
the Managing Director/Controller.
o Responsible for maintaining customer master records, monthly cash collection forecasts and
analyzing/cleaning up full-cycle invoicing.
o Administer and resolve administrative errors that are delaying payments. Also facilitate the resolution
of discrepancies with customer and Sales Department.
o Update system with notes, inputting/maintaining data input into the system and perform additional
analysis of outstanding accounts
