My duties and responsibilities included but were not
limited to, repair and upkeep of 400+ air conditioners. These units ranged from
18,000 Btu window units to 15 ton compound systems. I did everything from the
replacement of compressors to routine maintenance. I also installed individual
circuits to main services. I replaced ballasts in lights,inside and out
Side(120v-460v),bulbs even the fixtures when necessary. I did carpentry and
Painting. I installed sprinklers systems,repaired urinals,all types plumbing re-

ADDITIONAL SKILLS : I can use all types of power hand tools.I am
proficient with oxygen acetylene torches used for plumbing,
