Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager (Permanent)

Currently overseeing the quality assurance programs for various

construction projects for MTA Capital Construction (MTA-CC) and New York

City Transit Authority (NYCTA). Current responsibilities include the

development, implementation and oversight of all quality assurance,

environmental and code compliance programs, including submission

procedures, testing procedures, 3rd party oversight, test witnessing,

internal audits, external audits, documentation and reporting to TC

Electric quality assurance office and MTA-CC/New York City Transit all

results of the quality assurance program through all phases of the project.

Current Project: Quality Assurance manager for the East Side Access

project, a 2.3 billion dollar project to connect Long Island Rail Railroads

(LIRR) Main and Port Washington lines in Queens, NY to a new LIRR terminal

beneath Grand Central Station in midtown Manhattan. Current duties consist

of full oversight of the Quality Assurance, Code Compliance and

Environmental Hazards programs of the project to separate Metro North

Railroad's (MNR) electrical, electronic and communication systems from the

location in which LIRR will have their future terminal. This project

includes demolition of old electrical and electronic paneling, conduit,

power and control wiring, as well as installation of AC and DC electrical

panels, conduit, power and control wiring, and installation of a new

railway switching system with independent fiber optic control.

Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer (Contract)

Oversaw quality assurance and safety testing for various electronic and

construction projects for New York City Transit/ MTA-CC security systems
