SUMMARY

HUMAN RESOURCES PROFESSIONAL for High-Tech Telecommunications, EDA, and

Financial Services startup companies. Establish and manage all areas of the

Human Resources function.

. Employee Relations. Work closely with managers to identify and resolve

employee-related issues; conduct investigations and respond to legal

claims.

. Recruitment. Hands on experience sourcing exempt and non-exempt

candidates, manage all aspects of recruitment; creative campaign

strategies; create on-boarding programs to ensure candidates feel they

made the "right" choice; coordinate employee referral programs, visa

applications and relocations
