System Center and Ghost and assuring that all equipment is in good working order.
• Provide users with security measures by encrypting all laptops and mini notebooks with
Safeboot or PGP software’s.

Large national engineering firm covering land development, transportation, aviation, marine forensics
and environmental serving public and private sector clients.
• Responsible for providing technical support and coordination of technical issues related to
Network, Hardware and Operating Systems (Windows 2000/2003 Server) and (Windows
NT/2000/XP Workstations) for the Southeast Region comprised of 7 offices. Performed
hardware and software upgrades for servers (i.e. firmware, application software, operating
systems, network services). Oversee Network connectivity, implementation, integration and
troubleshooting for servers, desktops, notebooks, printers, scanners, copiers and video
conferencing system. Managed all offices,users, computers and printers, and access to servers
and files using Active Directory.
• Managed 100+ node network successfully integrating 3 Windows 2003 servers and 1
Windows 2000 server (connecting Windows 2000/XP workstations, printers and terminals
with remote access from 3 standalone offices to our main offices (WAN) using Ipass and
Cisco VPN software. Performed ongoing analysis of system to ensure network security.
