administrating a "Zero Incident" work environment which will benefit the
company as well as the employees. At my last three positions, we went over
137,000 and 96,000 and 11,000 (the entire project) man hours without a
reportable incident. My knowledge and experience with the Army Corps of
Engineers and the use of EM 385 makes me an asset to all companies.
With my experience in the field and in the classroom, as well as my
extensive training through the National Center for Construction Education
and Research (NCCER) and all of my Coaching experience, I am the perfect
leader to educate a workforce.
My overall experience with teaching contractors about public works
reporting requirements, fall protection, trenching and shoring, electrical
safety, ladder safety, heavy equipment operations, confined space entry
and rescue, hand tool and power tool safety, respiratory protection, PPE
safety and care and Identification of PPE job assessment, to OSHA 300
reporting requirements and logs. From writing Injury and Illness
Prevention Programs (IIPP) (also known to some as a Health and Safety
Program (HASP)) to Hazardous Communications I have been an extreme value to
every company I have worked with.
Working with employee's to buy into the IIPP, and comply with the rules has
been where I have excelled in the past. I also believe in my training on
the subject of "Discipline without Punishment" as well as "Discipline with
Dignity" has helped in the past in getting compliance from workers without
threats of discipline or termination.
Coaching supervisors to truly use the Job Hazard Analysis system to educate
and help their employees to complete their tasks (even the most mundane) in
a quick and safe manner has been a previous success of mine. Having
supervisors truly identify the hazards involved (even) in the simplest
tasks and enthusiastically educate their workforce to prevent injuries and
waste of materials and time has been another area which I have excelled in
the past.

Manage site through 5 phases (Asbestos/Lead Abatement of roof, Installation
of Solar Panels, Installation of fall protection, Roofing, Structural
Reinforcement of Building, Carpentry and Electrical) of construction via EM
385 standards. I am responsible for analyzing each aspect of all trades
and then writing specific Activity Hazard Analysis for assigned work.
Train all employees and subcontractor employees on Site Specific Hazards

Site Safety Officer-United Spiral Pipe (Pacific Mechanical Corporation)
Enforce HASP program during the construction and installation phases of a
pipe manufacturing plant. Supervising over 200 employees building a 650,000
square foot facility to make spiral pipe. Oversee all Crane Operations,
